12:30pm-4:30pm at Yoga Garden
Are you a new or experienced teacher who would like to gain a deeper understanding of how to give hands-on adjustments in your classes? Or an experienced student who is curious about how skilled teachers offer adjustments and why they do it? If so, join me for this 4-hour clinic, in which you will:
* gain a deeper understanding of why and when to give hands-on adjustments
* develop a keener eye for looking at individual bodies
* develop a deeper connection with your own sense of touch
* grow your adjustment toolbox, and learn how to create your own adjustments
We’ll explore a variety of postures including standing postures, seated folds, twists, and savasana. The workshop includes theory, but is primarily hands-on fun.
