As summer approaches, the added light and warmth makes it easier to liberate ourselves of the material and emotional attachments that are no longer serving us.
Join me for this special weekend retreat up in beautiful Sonoma, in which we’ll immerse ourselves in contemplative practices, nature, and ritual to let go of the past and cultivate a deeper sense of lightness and freedom in the body, mind, and heart.
This retreat includes:
* daily yoga practices exploring the concepts of freedom and release (all levels welcome)
* meditation practices, writing exercises, and dharma talks aimed at cultivating non-attachment (vairagya) and opening to possibility
* delicious organic vegetarian food
* hot-tubbing and swimming, and use of a beautiful labyrinth
* a ritual ceremony devoted to letting go of that which we no longer need
Pricing For the Retreat, Per Person (shared room with 2-3 beds):
EARLY BIRD: Before April 1: $550
REGULAR: After April 1, and before May 15: $625
LATE BIRD: After May 15, and before June 10: $700

All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel with enough notice and I am able to fill your spot, a partial refund may be available.

About the Location
Westerbeke Ranch is a beautiful, family-owned country retreat center. Built in the 1930’s, it nestles amid stately oaks, surrounded by rolling grass hills and vineyards in Sonoma’s Valley of the Moon. Spacious and modern, the retreat center boasts delightful garden paths, a crackling stone fireplace, colorful bedrooms, delicious food, a meditative labyrinth, and a swimming pool and hot tub.
