She was the Associate Editor for\u00a0<em>The Manhattan Spirit\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0<em>Our Town<\/em>\u00a0in New York where she edited news, and the Arts Editor at\u00a0<em>Citysearch<\/em>\u00a0in San Francisco where she edited arts content. She served as the Editorial Director at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zestbooks.net\">Zest Books<\/a>, an independent creative nonfiction publisher, where she acquired, developed, and edited all of the manuscripts for the company&#8217;s first five years. She&#8217;s also edited books for <em>Sunset Magazine<\/em> books division.
