Join me for\u00a0this special\u00a0weekend retreat up in beautiful Sonoma, in which we\u2019ll immerse ourselves in contemplative\u00a0practices, nature, and ritual to let go of the past and cultivate a deeper sense of lightness and freedom in the body, mind, and\u00a0heart.<\/p>\n

* daily yoga practices exploring the concepts of freedom and release (all levels welcome)
\n* meditation practices, writing exercises, and dharma talks aimed at cultivating non-attachment (vairagya)<\/em> and\u00a0opening to possibility

\n* hot-tubbing and swimming, and use of a beautiful labyrinth
\n* a ritual ceremony devoted to letting go of that which we no longer need<\/p>\n
